• Managing daily capacity and working with the San Mateo office to ensure all open and future purchase orders can be fulfilled on time.

• Reviewing production schedules on a weekly basis to ensure that all requested dates by the San Mateo team can be met. Working in SAP to edit dates and other attributes.

• Drive new processes and procedures as provided by the San Mateo team.

• Ensure factory is adhering to all quality specifications – provide feedback and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Track and report raw material status physically at each supplier and report this information back to the San Mateo team

• Managing New Product Introductions from cradle to grave – NPI responsibilities are listed below.

• Negotiate and collect pricing information to submit to the Supply Team in San Mateo

• Work with factories to ensure capacity lines up with launch needs

• Hold supplier accountable to all tooling date commitments

• Actively track production ramp up and ensure that tooling meets maximum output based on the tooling/launch plan

• Drive end-of-life activities as necessary

  Requirements:

  1: 5+ years of experience would be preferred.

  2: Experience with injection molding is preferred.

  3: Fluent English in both of verbal and written

  4: Solid computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel

  5: Experience with negotiating pricing

  6: Availability to participate in conference calls during U.S. PST time

  7: Suitable for frequently business trip in GuangDong area
