注：1）此岗位要求英语听说读写熟练，口语流利（必备），在工厂工作跟单优先。 2）在展示架行业、家具行业工作经验优先。 Hire Requirements: 1. College or university graduated 2. Fluent spoken & written English in CET 4 or above 3. Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience 4. Merchandising experience in display product factories is a huge plus 5. Strong computer skills in MS office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc.) 6. Capable to work independently with internal parties and overseas colleagues via e-mail and conference call, flexible capacity for workload, could work under pressure 7. Good at team working & having strong sense of responsibility, honesty & openness 8. Have valid passport, able to travel overseas 9. Have loyalty to the organization Job Descriptions: 1. Owner of projects from inquire to cargo 2. Acting as clients’ extended hands/eyes in the factory 3. Responsible for timing and quality of prototype samples 4. Give special quality requirement and quality guide line to QC team for projects for both prototype and mass production 5. Communicate with Product development team in Switzerland office for prototyping projects: Receive Sample inquiry from Switzerland office Review and analyze Sample Request with China R&D team Daily report with regards to prototype making status Communicate with Switzerland PM for any Engineering Change/clarification on samples Make sure sample is completed on time and with perfect quality? Capacity report with regards to the China R&D team Make sure quotation sheet and production planning is provided accurately and timely. QC in person before prototype sample is shipped 6. Communicate with Service & Logistic team in Switzerland office for purchase order and follow up order to ensure on-time delivery: Review Purchase Orders Communicate customers' requirements with regards to labeling, shipping instruction and manual etc. to each related department
