？ Source products & searching for right suppliers, negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure best price.

？ To join the meeting with buyers

？ Place purchase order to suppliers

？ To follow up the running order in order to be sure that the initial delivery date is respected

• Get proforma invoice back and check PI before sending in france
• To manage the sampling in each steps
• A first filter before sending sample in France
• To launch the production and confirm delivery date with supplier
• Quality Inspection’s planning and booking

？ Interlocutor between supplier and France

？ To negotiate when the product is known

？ To visit factory

？ Handling of administrative paper work such as P/O and shipping set of documents

？ Supplier’s quotation analysis

？ Weekly activity reporting to the Managing Director

We search:

• A person with experience in shoes accessories
• A person in accordance with TAO value : responsibility / exchange / performance / passion
• A person who like textile fashion,
• A person having an experience in a European textile buying and with costing, sourcing experience
• A person speaking english is a compulsory
• A person who is energetic, keen, Proactive, Quick respond, Working well under pressure and deadlines, Capabilities of working independently and high sense of responsibilities
