Job Description:

• Liaises with respective Customer/ Business Development teams to translate customer orders into effective execution.

• Understands Lead times, production capacities, FOB cost reductions, Packaging, Labelling and Branding adaptations as per customer's requirements in co-ordination with respective KAS teams-Merchandising, Logistics, Finance to provide information-Product Costs, Logistics Cost Models, Critical Path and specific customer queries.

• Manage Critical Path of orders to ensure on time delivery

• Testing and Inspection Follow ups

• Purchase order management, management of process defined to execute external business orders

Requirements:

• 3-4 years hands on experience as Merchandiser, in apparel accessories, preferably in buying office environment

• Strong customer management and communications skills

• Analytical skills with ability to understand product costs & logistics costs models and retail pricing

• Strong Internal and External Customer focus.

• Tertiary education or equivalent

• Attitude-Adaptable with hands on approach to handle challenges of new business.

• Proven experience to be able to work with retail customers Independently

• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure

• Lateral Thinker

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with respective business development teams and KAS sourcing & logistics teams.

• Proficient in MS office applications
