Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the good business relationship with existing suppliers and develop new suppliers.

2. Business minded and good sense for fashion trend, proactively pursuing new business to achieve business objectives.

3. Product development, negotiate prices with suppliers, organize order placement meeting.

4. Follow up and control the whole order procedure and status to make sure the production reach the best price, good quality and on-time delivery.

5. Contribute to building and managing of the sourcing matrix and supplier alignment by product category.

6. Provide leadership in all execution related activities to ensure smooth order execution.

7. Work closely with QC team / manager / suppliers / Head office, to resolve production issue and supplier allocation.

8. Checking shipping documents and update shipment report.

9. Monitor supplier performance and collect claims.

10. Strong CPM (critical path management) ability.

Requirements:

1. Education: University Graduate or above, major in garment/textile/English or International trade is preferable.

2. Experience: Minimum 3~5 years’ experiences in relevant field.

3. Strong production knowledge, good understanding of textile and materials.

4. Able to travel from time to time.

5. Language Skill: Fluent in oral and written English.

6. Computer skills: Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook, etc.

7. Have ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.

8. With enthusiasm and high motivation at work.

9. Well organized, detail follow up & willing to work under pressure.

10. Good costing negotiation skills, strong product development skills.

11.Be proactive and take more initiatives & solve problems and share them with others.
