Responsibilities:

・ Assist in implementation of global sourcing strategy and management of sourcing offices/suppliers to meet Brands needs

・ Ensure performance score card of sourcing offices and supplier portfolios are timely updated

・ Partner with IT and identify key stakeholders from Brands and/or Offices for data collection

・ Validate data accuracy from Brands and/or Offices for report generation and further analysis so as to provide precise data for effective decision making of global sourcing projects

・ Maintain good linkage in data bases from different origin

・ Alignment of same sourcing data basis across all offices and/or brands for reliable conclusion being drawn

・ Support in identifying process bugs and remedy establishment by studying with Brands and/or Offices as to enable sourcing process is implemented with minimal resources and lead time

・ Partnering with users and IT for system process modification by means of computer system enhancement plus roles and responsibility identification.

・ Assist in establishing global sourcing calendar for all brands and offices from mutual sign-off before each season start.

・ Partnering with logistic, finance of brands and offices for supply chain enhancement i.e. logistic arrangement

Requirements:

• College graduated with preferably to 3-4 years of experience in apparel business.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
• Excellent skill set in data processing, such as Pivoting of Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Capacity planning, product development, costing, sourcing, placement.
• Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
