Areas of Responsibility

Overall Areas of responsibility – General

1. Responsible for delivering results in accordance with the position's objectives.

2. Responsible for contributing content to the company's business plan for the function / business area based ？hlens overall strategy.

3. Take responsibility for the competence necessary to achieve the goals set for the position.

3. Information-/communication responsibility within the function / business area towards colleagues and the rest of the organization. This means that the active part of, evaluate, interpret and convey relevant information.

5. Responsibility for the Code of Business Ethics is followed in daily work.

6. Responsible for ensuring product quality and other aspects of sustainability within the area of responsibility.

Overall areas of responsibility – Position Specific

1.Responsible for identifying suitable suppliers for RFQ, according to demands and guidelines form Sourcing kit and Product brief

2.Responsible for preparing RFQ based on Product Specification and logistic & delivery demands from Business Areas / Supply Chain

3. Responsible for handling RFQ towards suppliers and handling quotation samples for product evaluation

4.Responsible for negotiation with suppliers and finalize buying terms according to product, price, logistic and delivery demands

5.Responsible for sending Purchase Order to supplier and make sure order confirmation is received from supplier

6.Overall responsible for handling whole sample process towards supplier and make sure product design and quality meet demands from Product Specification

7. Responsible for approving production sample, bulk material, quality of counter sample, labels and packaging according to demands from Product specification

8. Responsible for optimizing delivery and minimizing logistic cost together with Supply planner

9. Responsible for monitor supplier production and ensure quality in deliveries from suppliers

10. Responsible for monitor supplier orders and deliveries and ensure those are in time according to agreement

11.Responsible for developing engaged suppliers and make sure the optimal supplier base for specific product / quality type

12.Active involvement in product development process in order to enable assortment / products according assortment building guidelines and customer need

13. Responsible for supporting ？hléns / Business areas / Categories assortment and product strategies regarding sourcing and supplier base

14. Responsible for product development and order price negotiations

15. Responsible for evaluating suppliers in quotation process with evaluation criteria and total cost perspective

16. Responsible for order follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality standard and on-time delivery.

17. Responsible for contributing to the development and enforcement of the function / business area's processes and work from ？hléns other processes.

18. Ensure that information / communication between the post and external parties working well and helps to achieve goals.

19.Responsible for contributing to a good and functional working environment.

Competency Profile for the position

Education

1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in garment and textile field or similar qualification)

2. Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years experiences within the area

3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.

4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
