The Warehouse is New Zealand’s largest General Merchandise Retailer with an outsourcing office based in Shanghai. Due to our fast expansion, we are now looking for high calibre candidates to join our team in Shanghai.

Merchandiser-Apparel

Duties:

? Own daily communication with buyer / supplier

? Order processing (pre-sample/sampling/CP monitoring)

? Fashion quote process (RFQ and MQS updates)

? Sample review & Spec review (pre-sampling management pre check sample, L/D, S/O before sending out

? Deal with QA/QC related issues

? Monitor and check production status

? Running team huddles

? Claim processing in consultation with Merchandising Manager

? Take part in PAR meetings with buyers

? Quarterly Factory visits

? Monthly retail check and updates to buyers

Requirements:

1. College degree and above, majored in textile garment.

2. At least 5 years working experience in textile garment.

3. Familiar with the whole procedure of the production including sourcing, pricing and factory evaluation

4. Good knowledge of quality control & technical;

5. Good English communication skills. Be very organized, responsible and proactive

6. Good at both oral and written English.CET-6 is a must.

7. A good team member, honest, hardworking; willing to be overtime.

8. With experience of team management
