MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Support new system project
• Monitors samples developement and quotation sending on the right formats within imparted deadlines
• Helps organizing buying trips and supports buyers during their meeting with suppliers
• Follows-up the orders from selection confirmation till delivery, anticipating and solving issues within imparted deadlines
• Organizes shipments with logistics teams to ensure on time delivery to countries, checks the accuracy of supplier’s export documents (China only)
• ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (A-Z MERCHANDISER)
• Keeps a constant watch on his area potential and opportunities. She/He identifies the right sourcing answers to buyers’ needs.
• Monitors and develops his suppliers basis

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of international trade
• Good command in Microsoft Office., especially Excel skills
• Fluent English both in spoken & written
