Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, check and analyse enquiries from foreign offices
• Support the foreign team by providing good suppliers selection and technical advises
• Develop current suppliers and new suppliers when needed
• Ensure right samples, prices and production schedules are provided
• Follow-up production closely with suppliers and All teams.
• Report regularly to Management

 Main activities:

-      New project development :

• Collect all information and analyse before contacting with factories
• Make final decision on which factory to work with
• Control all quotations details, samples and information sent by factories
• First Negotiation before sending all to foreign offices if needed
• Ensure good communication between all offices and suppliers
• Advise on technical but also strategy
• Support on all type of negotiation
• Involve technical team when needed

-       Order follow-up :

• Ensure good follow-up with factories and all teams
• Make sure all new information is well provided to technical staff and production schedule well followed
• Help technical team when need negotiation
• Follow-up order until shipments

-       Suppliers Sourcing and Analyse :

• Maintain good relationship with current suppliers
• Visit and meet with suppliers on a regular basis
• Develop and present pro-actively new suppliers when needed.
• Communicate to foreign offices on supplier`s new items and new ideas
• Support foreign offices in negotiation of price and payment terms

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5+ years of merchandising and order management experience particularly in packaging spectrum or related disciplines.
• Good product knowledge in box packaging for luxury brands preferably.
• Have project management capabilities with excellent time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Be performance driven with excellent personality. Mature, independent, high sense of responsibility, detail minded and strong team work.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English as well as Mandarin.
• Willing to travel to China.
