Responsibility:

• Monitoring the Operation activity of the suppliers (purchasing materials, sampling approvals, production status and all other activities related to production)
• Coordinate and expedite PP samples approvals and to ensure correct and complete execution.
• Communicate and liaise with the HQ, vendors and internal dept. to ensure timely and accurate response at all time
• Discuss and consult with the quality assurance & control dept. to ensure all issues related to the product are addressed timely so that products are market-acceptable
• Support the QC team to better understand the product and special features
• Proactive follow-up all samples and production activity

REQUIREMENTS :

• At least 4 years or above merchandising experience in bags, wallets
• Knowledge in leather goods, fabrics, trims, sense of fashion trend
• Proficiency in PC application
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Hard working, accurate, organized, willing to work under pressure and very well team oriented details minded, well-organized.
• Available to make frequent trips outside office, to mainland China or Overseas are required.
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
