Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for order execution for the brand and collaborate with different teams
• Assist the supervisor for the day to day execution and operations in line with the brand’s strategy to achieve KPI’s
• Order status & Bulk delivery tracking
• Communication with vendors and business counter-parts
• QA package management
• Conduct preliminary cost analysis with vendor
• System data entry
• WIP management
• Assist supervisor on daily execution
• This position will work in our underwear team

Job Requirements: 

• Good Excel skill with PivotTable is a must
• Diploma or above
• At least 5 years relevant experience in merchandising, R&D or product development and rapid response system
• Good experience in production monitoring
• Garment manufacturing and sourcing office experience
• EU market background is highly preferred
• Analytical and good in data handling 
• Enthusiastic for development and good sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under tight schedule
• Ability to think out of the box
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
