MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Sourcing of tableware products & suppliers (main materials are ceramic, glass, stainless steel etc.);
• Sourcing of disposable products & suppliers (main materials are paper, sugar cane, bamboo fibre etc.);
• Management, evaluation & classification of suppliers basd on sourcig strategy;
• Visits regularly trade fairs showrooms and factories to keep product - market knowledge updated;
• Organizes buyers/products manager trips, participates with a leading role;
• Validates products (color, size, shape, funchtion...)with the help of the relevant expert in our organization before production;
• Price negotiation with suppliers based on Cost Breakdown(CBD);
• Whole process of order follow-up including testing inspection delivery etc.;
• Lianson of all the concerned internal departments & external third parties.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• 3 years or above related working experience
• Knowledge of international trade
• Good command in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English both in spoken & written
• Ability to work under pressure
