Lead the development and implementation of merchandising strategies around leather goods which correspond to the evolving needs of the business and its clientele. Drive the merchandising activities around Accessories and ensure the retail teams are well equipped with the product support they need to achieve sales targets and KPI's and sell through targets. 

• Own and drive the Product category Product category - Women's Handbags, SLG, Jewelry
• Develop relationships with cross functional peers across planning, allocation, marketing and retail partners.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders in developing action plans around new product launches/collections, product caravans
• Create effective working relationships with country merchandising team and retail teams to gain product feedback and market research.
• Analyse daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take.
• Attend collection buys, developing strategies to drive business, provide market feedback, and communicate strategy.
• Coordinate and execute training needs.
• Deliver any ad hoc administration and assistant duties to ensure smooth running of the team.
• Conduct regular store and market visits.
• Seasonal business trip will be required.

• Professional Qualification of Merchandising/relevant fields
• 5 years or above retail experience with relevant product categories.  
• Commercial mindset and client focus.
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced skills in Excel
