Responsibilities and Position Requirements:

• Degree / Tertiary education / Diploma or equivalent
• Min 4 years merchandising / product development experience on bags
• Proficient in supplier management and experience dealing with Europe or US Retailing Stores.
• Excellence and successful price negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mails, etc.)
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written & spoken).
• Communicate clearly to suppliers, including lead time, capacity allocation, pricing and resource allocation to ensure reliable service, quality and low-cost procurement.
• Coordinate with factories for manufacturing process and ensure on time shipment.
• Product management including product development, product selection, Target Negotiation and order follow up.
• Daily communications with overseas head office, laboratories and vendors, following through all samples, testing, production to shipments
• Ensuring an effective merchandising value chain which produces goods in good quality standard and meet tight delivery
• Trip is needed
