• 维护供应商协议、订单、修订、货运条款以及其他必要文件的时效性；
• 其他事务，如参加国际商业展览寻找目标产品，参观工厂以调整对应采购区域的产品。

• 本科学历，国际管理、国际商务与贸易、时装设计和纺织工程等相关专业；
• 能适应国内外出差的要求；
• 目标导向型，工作效率高；
• 良好的人际沟通交往能力和社交能力；
• 英语听说读写能力较强，熟练使用办公软件；
• 有过外企的工作经验，能适应西方管理领导模式；

Position Essential Responsibilities:

• Search for potential vendors according the product leads from his/her correspondent Imports buyer in Mexico.
• Ensure lowest possible cost, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs while executing against set strategies.
• Perform market analysis trends and monitor supplier progress.
• Maintain “timely” control of vendor agreements, orders, amendments, shipping notices, and other required documents to assure orderly administration and retention of records.
• Others activities such as attending to international business exhibitions in the search for assigned items, factory visits, help to coordinate visits to his/ her sourcing region from his/her correspondent buyer.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree on areas as: International management, International business and trading etc.
• VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE in the sourcing field is a MUST, knowledge and experience in the Mexican or USA market is a plus.
• We prefer someone that has been doing sourcing other international companies.
• English is a must: Strong oral and written communication. Spanish language will be a plus.
• Good management skills
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Good appearance – Professional Look.
• Goal oriented personality.
• Solid interpersonal communications and proactively skills.
• 25 years old +
• At least 2-3 years working experience in garment industry.
