Job Description

We are a new sourcing office of an EU retailer. With business expansion, we're looking for below candidate to join our team in Shanghai.

Merchandising Assistant 业务助理

  • Assist the team in sourcing new suppliers when necessary;

  • Assist the team in daily merchandising activities when necessary, including sampling, order processing, reporting and production tracking.

  • Facilitate On-boarding of new suppliers when necessary;

  • Prepare necessary documents related to sourcing or order follow-up;

  • Facilitate the communication between head office and suppliers when necessary;

  • Assist in QC schedule coordination when necessary;

  • Assist in buyer’s trip schedule arrangement and coordination;

  • General office support, including stationary supplement, courier package pick-up/sending, arrangement of office cleaning and facilities maintenaince, etc.

  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Position Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in administration management, English language, International trading, etc.;

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in business and office general support;

  • Previous experience with foreign buying/sourcing office preferred;

  • Great communication skills in both Chinese and English, in both verbal and written skills;

  • Problem solving skills, pay attention to details and action oriented;

  • Strong learning capability, teamwork and strong sense of responsibility;

  • Ability to work independently;

  • Excellent PC skills in MS Office.
