RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support merchandising team in all merchandising issue such as preparing various sales, inventory and delivery reports
• Follow up orders, invoice, shipment, payment etc with vendors and finance team
• Prepare purchase order, item master, price set up, shipment reception and allocation in the system.
• Ensure the data and information in the system is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor inventory, delivery and stock transfers to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained.
• Assist in preparing all seasonal product training material and market research analysis
• Assist in other administrative support to the merchandising team. 

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Degree or High Diploma holder in fashion/textiles or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in fashion retail with international fashion/luxury brand companies.
• Strong fashion and market sense with solid high-end fashion retail experience.
• Experience in a multi-brand environment is an asset.
• Be a good team player, self-initiative, detail-oriented and able to meet the tight deadline.
• Excellent presentation, planning and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is highly preferable.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Merchandising Executive and higher experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Merchandiser
