Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:


  • Brand manager in hub

  • Brand focus development

  • Calendar management and mapping

  • Manage the efficient running of the team in line with the brand’s requirement

  • Vendor relationship maintenance and development

  • Calibrate supply chain capability

  • Implement based on compliance and CSR/Sustainability goals and objectives

  • Overall responsibility for execution and order management for that brand in the hub

  • Grow and develop talent

  • Point person for execution for brand strategy and recommend resolution

  • Deliver against product and service level agreements and cost objectives from the brand

  • Continuous improvement

  • Align the team with PVH culture

  • Deliver on KPI's

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

1. >8 years' brand management experience. People management experience is also required.

2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Good command of English & excellent communication skill.

3. Apparel, material or management degree required. Should have experience in a global environment with

manufacturing or brand or team management experience preferred.

4. Demonstrate a good knowledge of the Supply Chain from Concept to Consumer. Have experience developing supply chain capability and talents.

5. Good experience on cold weather products such as hats/gloves/scarf in both cut & sewn and knitting.

Also be able to monitor vendors from development to shipment.
