• Has full accountability for setting the strategic direction of the category including the long-term strategy and short-term business planning
• New supplier's development with Risk management
• Review and analyse all SCM reports on weekly or monthly base and submit to other function managers and senior management.
• Control the inventory
• Facing USA market, cover DIY hand tools.

• Bachelor or above degree major in logistics or supply chain management;
• At least 5 years of purchasing, sourcing, logistics and, at least 3 years in managerial role;
• Strong mindset about cost efficiency;
• Good knowledge of supplier management including process of selection, development, assessment and price monitoring;
• Did working in USA market and cover hard line - DIY .
