Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales/Purchase teams
  • Drive down purchase costs across the company
  • Create better systems for sourcing and reporting of product, suppliers and performance of purchasing/sourcing staff
  • Conducts supplier analysis, evaluates potential suppliers, and manages the overall supplier performance, develops and create sourcing plans, requests for proposal, and other sourcing documents, evaluates and/or recommends sourcing decision to buyers.

l Share best practice within the team and drive process improvements efforts across the extended supply chain to improve efficiency.

  • Manage annual budget, sales analysis and related report
  • Conduct performance management
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the company.


Requirements and Skills

  • Must have min 10 years of strong management experience in sourcing/purchasing
  • Min 10 years experience in furniture/export industry
  • Proven track record of driving sourcing/sales and purchasing teams
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal, written, presentation, teaching ability);
  • Self-starter with strong planning, organizational and analytical skills;
