THE REQUIREMENTS OF MERCHANDISING MANGER:

• Experience in Direct Export, especially in US market. (Category: Cosmetics & Toiletries )
• Develop and implement sales strategy, tactic, sales plans and profit targets.
• Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
• Drive the continuous improvement to enhance the operations effectiveness and business performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.
• With talent and self-confident.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English & Mandarin.
• Willing to travel to China.

THE REQUIREMENTS OF SENIOR MERCHANDISER:

• Responsible for merchandizing activities including from product development to order follow up with foreign buyers. Organized and can work in details with factory for cost analysis. Experience in product development is preferably.
• Participate in price negotiation and cost engineering to meet client’s goal.
• Capable to partner with factory and customer’s to explore solution for problems.
• Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English & Mandarin.
• Willing to travel to China.
