Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a merchandising teams to ensure all orders are properly follow through from sampling to production and final delivery
- Strengthen and maintain the good relationship with customers to build the business
- Formulate and Implement sales strategies to achieve the sales and profit targets
- Provide leadership over strategic business planning, product development, sourcing and vendor management
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality and deadline are met with customers’ requirements and standards
- Manages fabric and material sourcing, sampling, pricing to provide competitive price with quality products
- Station in is Sichuan required
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 5-year relevant working experience in apparel industry with minimum 2-year at managerial position
- Solid experience in handling high-end product is an advantage
- Able to work with oversea customer independently
- Good problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories
- Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
- Strong in presentation and negotiation
