Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Lead a merchandising teams to ensure all orders are properly follow through from sampling to production and final delivery

  • Strengthen and maintain the good relationship with customers to build the business

  • Formulate and Implement sales strategies to achieve the sales and profit targets

  • Provide leadership over strategic business planning, product development, sourcing and vendor management

  • Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality and deadline are met with customers’ requirements and standards

  • Manages fabric and material sourcing, sampling, pricing to provide competitive price with quality products

  • Station in is Sichuan required


Requirements



  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 5-year relevant working experience in apparel industry with minimum 2-year at managerial position

  • Solid experience in handling high-end product is an advantage

  • Able to work with oversea customer independently

  • Good problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories

  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin

  • Strong in presentation and negotiation

Salary:
Negotiable
