Job Description
    • We are seeking a highly proactive and creative individual with experience in merchandising to join our e-commerce Division. He/she will be identifying the right sourcing strategies, develop suppliers into strategic assets to achieve significant contributions to meet product development time line, price, bulk quality standards and on time delivery.

      Job Descriptions:
      • To conduct competitor analysis and utilize product expertise to identify trendy products with unique selling points and seasonal production directions.
      • Source both online/offline channels and select trendy tech gadgets from overseas suppliers.
      • Keeping up-to-date and reporting timely of market news regarding any impact towards supply and costing.
      • Is able to handle new products developments from prototype to bulk production.
      • Processing order management to ensure proper purchases at the best costs and maintaining the minimum inventory level.
      • Monitor and work out the whole merchandising activities from development to production independently, including but not limited to sample development, manufacturing sourcing, price negotiation, production coordination, quotation follow up, production process and scheduling, customers’ order follow up on a timely manner
      • Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to understand market needs and with operations, logistics teams to monitor production delivery and quality.
      • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

      6. 能夠獨立監控和制訂從開發到生產的整個銷售活動,包括但不限於樣品開發、採購、議價、生產協調、報價跟進、生產流程和日程安排,客戶訂單及時跟進等
      7. 與銷售和營銷團隊密切合作了解市場需求,與營運及物流團隊監控生產日程和質量
      8. 處理其他被臨時指派的工作

      協商談判能力、市場調查資料分析與報告撰寫、市場供應資訊蒐集評估分析、年度採購計劃制定、供應商評鑑與開發、供應商資料管理維護、商品採購作業、採購對帳作業、貨物出口通關處理、貨物延遲 遺失處理、貨物品質驗收、廠商樣品管理建檔、負責主料/物料庫儲之統籌與控管

    其他條件

    • Job Requirements:
      • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related subjects
      • 1-3 years of Merchandising or Buying experience
      • Proficient in both written and verbal skills in English; bilingual in Chinese is a plus. (Ability to Speak & Write Fluent English is prioritized)
      • Strong negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability.
      • Commitment to continuous improvement, mature, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and able to adapt to changes quickly.

      5. 具責任感、積極於持續改進、成熟、自我激勵、投入、對工作有熱誠、並能夠快速適應變化
