JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist to insure the right product mix, statistical forecast projection, assortment plan and OTB per location
• Assist to evaluate and execute allocation and distribution base on sales, distribution plan, rationing criteria
• Assist team with managing markdown cadence and impact on business
• Analyze inventory by store, sell-thru by category, size and store level with Planner
• Handle database with massive data to provide accurate reports
• Communicate with suppliers to localize all collateral
• Coordinate between HQ and business partner for event planning and products launch plans
• Other tasks assigned by Merchandising and Planning team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder preferably in fashion design, merchandising
• Around 2 years merchandising planning, allocation, merchandising or business analytic experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in complexity, especially over long distances and time differences
• Sensitive in number and figure, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical aptitude, including advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly master new applications and systems
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
