THE FIELD OF FURNITURE BUSINESS, YOU WILL BE ASSISTING THE DESIGNER/PURCHASER

Main tasks :

• In contact with our USA Headquarter, you will be in charge of developping new furniture items. This will require to get the relevant information from our designer, communicate it to factories, establish a sampling timing and checking-up the results.

• You will be following up the development process of items and first order process.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of experience in foreign trade in a medium or large company
• Familiar with the furniture Business
• Knowledge in QC or furniture construction will be an advantage
• Follow up the orders with factory, and make sure the samples then start orders
• confirm the delievery date and check the goods from factory, make sure the quality and calculate the total packages
• Friendly, and respectful
• Good english spoken
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated
• Team work skills

岗位职责：

1、熟悉出口美国的家具产品，跟踪每张订单的生产、发货、到货的流程；

2、与供应商及工厂沟通，掌握、了解生产进度，联系货运代理，确保按时发货；

3、与销售部沟通、反应生产、发货进度；

4、安排出货计划，跟进QC验货计划，跟进物流情况

任职要求：

1、大专以上商务英语专业、国际贸易专业

2、能熟练操作办公电脑，OFFICE MS 软件操作，熟悉电脑收发邮件等；

3、为人谦和，五官端正，形象好；

4、工作责任心强，有较高的敬业精神；思路清晰，具有良好团队合作精神；

5、工作经验俩年以上外贸行业工作经验，广东户籍。
