Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform data verification work for merchant onboarding processing
  • Prepare various monthly summary reports
  • Handle customer inquiries on payment issues by phone and email
  • Prepare and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases on merchant site
  • Perform merchant site visit for POP materials and provide payment service training to merchants occasionally
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, 2 years of working experience with knowledge of system enhancement requirement analysis and testing cases preparation is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive, detail minded and good time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
