Job Title: Metal Working inspector

Division: JPW Tool Group Hong Kong Limited.

Location:China Nanjing/Shangdong

Reports To: Engineer manager China

Status: Full-Time

Job Summary and Purpose

The metal working inspector reports to the Engineer manager of JPW Tools China and works closely with other functional team within JPW Tools Asia. The metal working inspector is responsible for metalworking machinery inspection as well as technical support work. This job will be interacting with supplier and also customer on technical issue and require a lot of experience on metal working machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

？ Perform daily inspection to those suppliers who finished final assembly work and ready to be shipped.

？ Resolve quality issue as inputted from market, work with supplier to get technical solution.

？ Provide support to technical communication between supplier and customer.

？ Assist review technical files as NPD needed.

？ Participate new product development activities and provide mechanical design suggestion. Ensure the new product is fully and correctly defined and documented.

Special Knowledge, skills/education requirements

？ BS in mechanical engineering required

？ Good command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese , English reading and writing is basic requirement also.

？ Minimum 5 years working experience in R&D, Project Management, Manufacturing and QC with emphasis in Metalworking machinery

？ Strong quality control and inspection skills

？ Solid understanding of engineering technical issues/needs, sales, and marketing as related to product design and development of Milling machines, Turning machines, Drilling machines, Grinding machines in particularly.

？ Familiar with either FANUC / SIEMENS control system a plus.

？ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Physical Demands:

？ Job is performed in China

？ Travel is required as it relates to supplier location outside of residence of the employee.

？ Continuous training is required as it relates to technology changes and upgrades in all areas of responsibility.
