As a Metal and Non-metal Material/ Process Analysis Senior Specialist, you will provide material analysis to all relevant process partners with the focus on failure analysis on parts and production process.

 

You would be support and team member of the PMP (Problem Management Process) on Plant. Develop of containment actions, evaluate countermeasures and long-term solutions to ensure the quality targets and customer satisfaction. Leading role in systematic analysis on production processes and supplier parts & components.

 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for summarizing and reporting, including recommendations and conclusions to process partners as well as follow up and verification of effectiveness of reported solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering, or any related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Automotive production.

- 3+ years of experience in a material analysis, laboratory environment or any related field.

- Profound experience in metal and non-metal material testing (Metallography, hardness testing, fastening analysis, plastic parts, data mining and statistic methods).

- Knowledge of problem resolution techniques, project management and technical report writing skills.

- Capable of working alone in a multi-functional team and with good communication skills.

- Fluent business English.
