Job duties/responsibilities

• Analyzes the current and future business environment, assess risk and opportunities, and develop forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources and cost supporting company initiatives and program business plans. 分析当前和未来的业务环境，评估风险和机遇，制定预测，获取并利用计划，以优化资源和成本支持公司战略部署和项目业务计划。
• Develop, implement, schedules, maintains and status work centers and operating plans. Ensure plans stay integrated with work statement, tooling, materials, facilities, staffing and flow requirements. 制定，实施，安排，维护和汇报工作中心和运营计划。确保计划与工作说明，工装，材料，设施，人员配置和流量要求保持一致。
• Assesses the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery. Assist with the facilitation and planning of production readiness activities driven from changes in the production system. 评估变更对成本，进度，资源和交付方面发生的影响。协助促进与规划因为生产系统变更而需要的生产准备活动。
• Participates in negotiations representing production operations to support schedule commitments or statement of work impacts. Maintain schedule reports communicating committed skyline. Develop and assist with coordination of recovery plans created from major expected or unexpected schedule deviations. 代表生产运营参与协调，以确保进度承诺或对工作说明的影响。维护传达生产天际线内容的生产计划报告。制定并帮助协调针对重大预期内或预期外计划偏差的恢复计划。
• Develops, supports and communicates shop performance metrics and airplane visibility reports. 开发，支持并传达车间绩效指标和飞机可见性报告。
• Identifies and implements improvements to processes by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies. 通过分析当前流程并利用既定的改进方法，识别并实施流程改进机会。

Qualifications

• Required

• Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future.

  必须有持有在中国工作的许可; 目前和将来都不需要公司为工作签证提供赞助；

• Able to speak, read, and comprehend English and Mandarin at a professional working level proficiency.

  英语和汉语听说读技能娴熟，能将英语和汉语作为工作语言运用自如；

• Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  申请人需拥有学士学位外加6年或以上相关工作经验，硕士学位外加4年或以上相关工作经验，或同等教育与工作年份组合的经验；

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and teaming skills.

  展示优秀的人际关系、沟通和团队合作能力；

• Able to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters
