RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To continously drive labor productivity improvement by DT reduction and KE/KS optimization projects

2.To improve current machine efficiency through working group & action plan

3.To check the production capacity based on the next 2 years production volume forecast & propose solutions when necessary

4.Guarantee the long term efficiency and the reliability of all equipments

5.To fully deployed TPM in whole plant

6.Organize the day to day job of his group in order to reach projects targets and production emergency requests

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering

2.10 Years in both Maintenance and Method experience with 3 years in a Managerial position

3.Workable in oral and written English
