Resolves complex and detailed issues by evaluating information from several sources of information (both internal and external), including customers. Responsibilities: Trusted advisor to country GM Lead the 5 member MX Sales Ops team Own & Run country weekly forecast review including (AR, Credit, Forecast per market & Segment, GSC, Logistics, Inventory, BP Inventory, PDA, etc) Run Country Forecast interlocks Set priorities in accordance with country segment leaders in order to maximize CAs/revenue Review large deals (sizing / review shortages with brands and look for offspecs or flying parts) in order to avoid penalties Load retail customer orders through CRM or through LPOS Ensure orders flow to manufacture in timely basis. Interlock with AR and Credit team and with Brand. Analyse backlog and request help to FF team Analyse customer required delivery date and request help to GL team Review NOMs status and renewals Inventory – country sales cadence to review aging items and set action plans LPOS and OVP knowledge and training to BPs #### Position Requirements: • BA Degree • 5-8 years’ experience as a Sales Operation Manager • Process a procedure orientation. • High standard of compliance. • Advanced English skills Advanced negotiation skill • Able to influence senior management • Strong leadership, change management and team working skills. • Resilience working under pressure.
