Description

To Manage routine production purchase order activities, supplier delivery measurement.

负责日常生产物料的采购订单管理相关事宜，供应商发货的考核

To keep a suitable stock level to improve stock turn base on team target

根据部门设置的目标保持合理的库存水平，提高库存周转率

To fix supplier payment issue related to planning team

协助解决计划部负责的供应商的付款问题

To satisfy bond material management requirements

满足保税物料的管理要求

Part shortage management to meet production requirement

对物料缺料进行管理来满足生产的要求

Responsibilities

To ensure Purchase Order are placed as directed by the ERP system and action exception messages according to agreed guidelines.

根据既定的指导原则，确保采购订单依据ERP系统的采购建议进行发放

To amend purchase orders delivery date as necessary to ensure to match production plan and ERP plan Capital Meeting.

对采购订单的发货日期做出必要的修改，来确保满足于生产计划的要求和符合ERP计划。

To ensure that stock levels are maintained in accordance with departmental policy specified at the Working Capital Meeting.

确保库存水平与营运资本会议提出的部门规定保持一致

To manage internal requests for material, such as, application or lend to other department

管理生产以外的内部原材料需求，例如：其他部门的申请或者借用

To incorporate engineering changes into the plan so that product improvements are introduced quickly and cost effectively. This includes amending outstanding Purchase Orders as advised by ECO operation planner

把设计更改融合到采购计划中，是产品改进能够被快速地引进并且成本高效，包括根据ECO运营计划员提出的建议修改未交付的采购订单

To participate in daily production line meeting

参加日常的生产线会议

To participate in Supplier Reviews

参加供应商的审核

To resolve invoice non-conformances (or escalate to the Purchasing Department as appropriate)

解决不匹配发票（或者适当的升级到采购部门）

To ensure FRU or option Manufacturing Orders for the production schedule are maintained as required.

确保维修备件和可选件制造订单的生产进度满足客户的需求

To continue improve stock control to meet department target

为达到部门目标持续改善库存控制

To take other task assigned by manage or team leader

接受上级安排的其他工作

To give technical guidance to junior planer/buyer assistant

给初级计划/采购助理以技术指导和支持
