Job Description

Sales Management in ethical sector in Hong Kong / Macau. Set clear and tactical sales plan for the team, develop new business opportunities, expand market share and grow sales volume in ethical sector. Build relationship and rapport with key customers.


  • Lead and drive the Ethical Team to achieve sales targets, service excellence and maintain continuous business growth.
  • To ensure timely sales report, analyse sales trend and monitor sales performances by ethical sales team leading to sales target achievement.
  • Develop new business opportunities, expand the market share, and grow the sales volume to meet the sales target plan.
  • Analyse market trends, needs, competition and make sound recommendations
  • Effective utilisation of resources that support sales effectiveness, including but not limited to territory planning, analysis of sales data to assist in field coaching and identifying training & development needs.
  • Develop representatives through coaching in the field, complementing action plans, training programmes and ensuring career development process.
  • Planning and executing Teva Corporate Branding activities in market.
  • Work together with the supporting functions such as supply chain, commercial quality, and regulatory affairs to ensure the achievement of sales objectives for Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Develop & maintain excellent communication with external professional contacts, including major customers and appropriate medical and paramedical personnel.
  • Ensure all selling activities comply with all regulations in Hong Kong and company standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Science
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years are in sales manager role in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Strong selling skills and product knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Positive, self-motivated and proactive
  • A self-starter and a hands-on approach
  • Results oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Possess a high level of business ethics, integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate to all functions
