• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
• 1. 供应链管理
• 每月完成大区商业指标的分配，检查完成情况，确保CS&OP 100%完成。对于供应紧张产品按公司要求在保障患者需求的基础上协调供应。通过和区域经理沟通，协调无锡工厂发货及经销商购进和及时付款确保大区DSO年底<35天。
• 2. 基层医院覆盖项目
• 沟通销售相关总监/大区经理，协调所辖省份的商业资源，基层医院覆盖总体达成率〉100%
• 3. 进药指标完成
•  通过协调区域资源，在经销商及销售同事的配合下100%完成非TOP1500医院的进院指标。在KA需要帮助时，协调经销商资源对TOP1500医院列名工作进行支持。
• 4. 团队管理
• 控制人员流动率，鼓励高浅人员进行轮岗，团队人员没有合规的问题
• 5. 招标省份中标评估，协助” 二次议价”
• 领导区域商务和招标同事在总部策略指导下，赢得大区内各省招标。通过协调经销商资源帮助以KA为主的公司“二次议价”团队，赢得相应地区或医院相关议价工作。
• 6. BU BP角色 协调工作
• 定期参加BU会议，及时反馈传递BU需求和重点信息。协调好外包产品的发货及其他流程运作。完成直线经理交办的其他任务。
• REQUIREMENT 要 求

• University graduate or above

• Technical / skills training    技 术 / 技 能 训 练
• Overall understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, preferably AstraZeneca
• Strong plan & logical thinking;
• Strong analytical skills and Data processing ability
• Well-organized, independent working under pressures
• Good personal skills in influencing cross-functional people to reach aligned objectives.

• Above 7 years BD, plan & analytical work experience in MNC pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English essential.
• Strong communication skills.
