Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design strategic marketing plan as well as develop marketing programs and promotional tools for driving the growth of Plasma-Lyte A business
• Reinforce the brand positioning and competitive advantages in Anesthesia Department
• Closely working with sales training & MA team to conduct product training to consistently upgrade sales team’s professionalism of strategic code
• Conduct joint field calls with sales team to gather customer needs and competitive information

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with science, business, medical, and medical/pharmacy is preference;
• 2 years proven track record on sales experiences is preference;
• At least 2 years and above of product management and marketing experiences;
• Good communication, influence, and interpersonal skills;
• Good negotiation skill and good financial & business analysis skills;
• Good computer skills and English language skills (listen, talk, read and write
