• Build and lead product & service / R&D operation transformation consulting team

• Develop new intellectual property for product & service / R&D operation transformations as well as PLM systems

Qualification

Education requirements: Bachelor degree with engineering related major and MBA background is preferred

Years of working: 5 or above years for manager and 8 or above years for senior manager’s industry/consulting experiences in product development / product management / operation transformation / operation strategy

Capability requirements: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness

Industry experiences: Understanding of the CHT industries (such as consumer electronics, semiconductor, and medical equipment etc.) is preferred

Project experiences: Delivered high quality services to top clients in each industry is preferred

Management experiences: managed a sizable team with P&L responsibility is preferred

Language: Fluent in Chinese and English
