Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Learning: (Basic ~ 30% of total work load)

1. Analyze company overall learning needs and align annual offering with company strategy.

2. Propose annual public offering courses per above analysis.

3. Independently conduct training and facilitate learning activities.

4. Act as TM CoE representative to engage and develop other internal trainers (from HRBP & business).

5. Follow up with courses quality and content improvement.

  • Talent management (Major ~ 50% of the total work load)

1. Execute specific talent (individual or team) interventions, e.g. 360 feedback and coach, mentoring program, new leader assimilation workshop, leadership development program etc.

2. Work with data analytics team to gain talent insights to take relevant actions.

3. Facilitate internal talent review process by advising tools and methodology, providing data analysis and consultation to management and HR team.

  • Organization development (Upskill ~ 20% of total work load)

1. Participate organization development intervention implementation, such as culture change, re-structure, team efficiency etc. as member of TM CoE.

2. Need to lead some of following parts from a holistic project, e.g. gap analysis, content design, marketing and communication, or quality evaluation and follow up.

3. Participate and support to leverage technology for organization efficiency and employee relationship building, etc.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated capability in facilitating programs or workshops.
  • Business acumen ~ understand business and organization needs and be able to translate it into people related solutions.
  • Talent and organization related consultancy skill is a plus.
  • Certification of major talent management tools and courses is preferred
