If you really want to make a difference - make it with us As part of the Gas Turbine Engineering project management office you will administrate and do customize programming of a global Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) server solution for our global R&D organization. With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented You develop, test, implement and maintain EPM server business intelligence solutions (e.g. portfolio models, execution processes, optimization routines, reports, standard dashboards, interfaces to other systems etc.) You provide sufficient training, coaching and documentation for the EPM solution to a global organization You act as first level support for all user issues You manage the interface to the IT business partners for EPM solutions You collect user and stakeholder requirements / feedback and establish a continues improvement process / change request routine Furthermore, you support the project management office in day-to-day business topics like project pipelines or project scheduling We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You received a Bachelor / Master’s in engineering or Business Management You have already gained longtime work experience in Microsoft Project Server/EPM Administration and programming Professional experience in MS Project Server 2019 in schedule management, resource management, portfolio management Expertise in programming skills in MS Project (VBA, Visual Studio and Macros) Expert in report writing and creating intuitive documentation Excellent skills in providing training, communication and coaching remotely in a globally distributed setup Fluent in business English as well as intercultural experience Knowledgeable in Project Management and best practices Strong soft personal skill i.e. team player, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly & effectively etc. We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
