Job Description

1. Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum and resources;
2. Setting and marking homework and tests in accordance with School and departmental policies;
3. Consistent and effective use of appropriate strategies for teaching and classroom management;
4. Consistently and effectively setting performance target for students;
5. Contributing to the improvement and implementation of the assessment for learning and assessment of learning strategies within the department;
6. Two evenings on duty for study hall per week;
7. Six to Eight Sunday day duties in a year;
8. Participation in extracurricular activities essential;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above (subject related majors preferred);
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
Two years of previous teaching experience in subject required (Experience of teaching second language speakers or boarding school experience preferred);
Teaching certificate preferred;

Salary and Benefits

Base salary 200,000 to 400,000 RMB per year (before tax) based on experience and qualifications;
