Job details
Teaching period per week: No more than 15 periods per week from Monday to Friday
Office hours per day: Basically about 7.5hours a day, 11:30-13:30 lunch time
Option1:7:30am to 3:00pm
Option2:9:00am to 4:30pm
Students age: Usually 16-18 years old ( international department)
Duration of each call: 40 minutes per period, 10 minutes break between
Foreign Teachers Requirements
Degree: Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree/doctor’s degree
Major: Content subject-related in above mentioned terms
Age required: Below 60 years old
Teaching experience: At least 2 years of working experience
Terms of Employment
Monthly Salary:20000-22000RMB per month(per tax)
Travelling allowance:10000RMB(pre-tax) per year
Housing condition: A single-person dorm is provided
Renewal bonus:16000RMB(pre-tax) per year
Semester Bonus:2000RMB to 4500RMB(pre-tax) per semester based on the individual
performance
Accident insurance: no more than 10000RMB per person under inpatient condition
Seniority-based pay rise:500RMB per month from 2nd year
Performance-based pay rise:300-500RMB per month from the 2nd year
