Compensation & Benefits:
-Monthly salary: 20-25K before tax.
-Monthly housing subsidy of ¥1,500, enough to rent a private one-bedroom apartment.
-10K per month during winter holidays; 10K per month in summer holidays if renewal.
-¥3,000 airfare allowance upon contract expiry
-¥15,000 bonus for outstanding teachers after contract completion.
