Basic Info
1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.

3.Position: Middle School ESL Teacher.

Job Description
1.Design and Implement Curriculum: Teach integrated pathway students using an international English curriculum (Cambridge and pre-IGCSE) along with a general ESL curriculum.
2.Activity-Based Learning: Create a dynamic and engaging learning environment by utilizing various teaching materials and activities, beyond just slides, to enhance language skills.
3.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with English team teachers and other departments to develop and execute ESL projects and school-wide activities.

4.Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback in a timely manner.
5.Class Coverage: Assist in taking over classes when a colleague is absent.
6.Professional Development: Participate in school-wide teaching discussions, evaluations, and other activities to improve teaching quality.
7.Office Hours: Remain in the office during non-teaching hours for lesson preparation, grading, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major or higher in education or a related field;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in China;
5.Qualified teacher status or certified teaching license permitting the individual to teach in her/his country’s national education system preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary from 23,000 to 27,000 RMB before tax based on experience and qualifications;
