Position Objectives
1. To ensure a caring, happy, safe and structured environment for pupils and staff
2. Under the direction of the Head of Department, to teach a curriculum that fulfils the aims and goals of the
school and reflects the needs of the pupils
3. To demonstrate a strong, confident, hands-on teaching style where management of time, personnel and
resource are discharged efficiently in an atmosphere of consultation and collaboration, with due regard for
the cultural complexities of international education.

For Benefit Part
Expatriate Teaching Staff will be entitled to:
1) Annual Airfare allowance: RMB 10,000 per full time member of the academic staff and the same to the spouse if resides in China;
2) Medical Insurance for the teacher and Spouse if resides in China;
3) Once only Relocation allowance of up to RMB 2,000 when join the school;
4) Free tuition for up to two children at the School.
5) Visa, expert certificate and resident permit.
6) Free accommodation provided by School.
