Courses and orientation for further education

International orientation：
Our school is a candidate school* for the Diploma Programme. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.

The Domestic Orientation Program offers a combination of subjects for the college entrance examination in strict accordance with the New Curriculum for General Secondary Schools introduced by the state and establishes subject combination teaching classes in line with the college entrance examination. Students are seamlessly aligned to the new college entrance examination in accordance with the implementation plan of the new college entrance examination. The school also offers special classes in art, media, sports and minor languages.

About the job

Requirements & Qualifications

-A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
-A teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) specifically for ESL.
-Minimum of two years teaching experience in an ESL environment, with a preference for experience in IGCSE or international curricula.
-Native English speaker.
-Strong understanding of the pedagogical theories and practices specific to ESL education and the challenges faced by ESL learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and work effectively with colleagues.
-Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.

·Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active English learning experiences.
·Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
·Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and by organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.
·Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
·Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school. ·Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
·Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.

Teaching subjects: IGCSE ESL, General Speaking, Practical Oral English.
