Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Native English-speaking Middle School English Teacher to join an international/bilingual school in Qingdao. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons and supporting students’ language development and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Teach English courses to Middle School students
Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school activities
Participate in professional development and school events
Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Education, or related field preferred
Teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / equivalent) preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant English teaching experience
International or bilingual school experience preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Candidates currently based in China preferred
