Job Description:
 Provide group class instruction to Chinese students in the Middle school.
 Teach English Language subject in MYP system.
 Have a specialized knowledge of subjects’ content and research to develop knowledge
further.
 Collaborate with Chinese English teachers to prepare collaborative lessons and design
activities in communicative ways.
 Teach some courses about international exams, e.g. TOEFL, TOEFL junior, to better
prepare students for the exam requirements.
 Understand and adhere to the curriculum, policies and procedures of the school.
 Demonstrate professionalism: in dress, in manner and staff relationships in the school
environment
 Follow the guidance, direction and leadership of the head of curriculum as required

Qualifications required:
 Bachelor's degree or above;
 Related teaching certificates holder.
 Be familiar with MYP.
 Patient, easy-going, strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational skills and
teamwork spirit.
 Dynamic teaching, Chinese etiquette, acquirement and skills.
 To be a model of virtue for students.
 Candidates with intermediate or advanced Mandarin will be given preference.
