Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (relevant major preferred);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching;
6.IB teaching experience preferred;
7.Someone who can teach one of the Drama/Dance/Music subjects;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 20,000 to 25,000 RMB before tax per month (based on experience and qualifications);
2.Housing allowance 5,000 RMB per month, paid by providing Fapiao;
