Requirements
1. Native English speaker without an accent.
2.Have a bachelor degree or above.
3.Have 2 years of teaching experience in ESL, ELA or middle school English.
4.Familiar with AP curriculum system or be able to prepare lessons for new curriculum.
5.Being self-motivated, responsible and has passion in education.
6.Easy to cooperate with, follow the school’s rules.
7.Candidates with work visa are preferred:
Job description:
1.To teach ESL or AP literature for high school students.
2.Prior learning in writing: TOEFL, SAT, ACT
3.Communicate with homeroom teachers about the students' learning.
4.Manage classroom discipline, maintain interactive class environment
5.Finish the academic requirements from the academic director, maintain high teaching quality
6.Design and grade homework, placement test, progress assessment, midterm and final exams
7.Attend required meetings, including parents meeting, weekly academic meeting etc.
