About HPA
Huaai Preparatory Academy (HPA, also known as Chengdu Pidu Huaai School) was founded in 2022. It merged Chengdu ISS International School (Zhonghai Campus) and Meten Preparatory Academy, both with rich experience in international education.
Nestled beside Jingrong Lake and covering 455 mu, our campus has a unique natural ecological park. HPA is a 12-year K-12 school offering Chinese compulsory curriculum plus international programs including AP and A-Level.

Job Responsibilities
• Deliver English lessons for Grade 6-8 middle school students.
• Prepare lesson plans, assess student academic progress and give regular feedback.
• Serve as homeroom teacher: manage daily class affairs, monitor student wellbeing, organize class activities and communicate regularly with parents.
• Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and department team.
• Participate in school events, training and curriculum development.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Native English proficiency.
• Valid teaching qualification / TESOL / TEFL certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of middle school teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, responsible and passionate for teenage education.
• Eligible to apply for Chinese work visa.
